Where are the coolest places to stay on vacation?
This blog has discussed Airbnbs and some potiential threats they pose to the hotel industry. Although Airbnbs aren't completely taking over for hotels, I thought it would still be interesting to take a look at some of the coolest Airbnbs you can stay in!
After checking out the article “The 10 most popular Airbnbs in the World” and “15 Unforgettable Airbnbs That Cost Less Than $100 a Night”, I thought that some of the coolest Airbnbs to stay at would be:
1. Balian Treehouse, Bali, Indonesia
I like this Airbnb because it looks absolutely beautiful! In addition, the article “The 10 most popular Airbnbs in the World” suggests that it is just “a three minute walk from the beach” (Ro, 2017, para. 4).
2.The Seashell House Casa Caracol, Isla Mujeres, Mexico
This Airbnb looked so unique! It was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before, which would definitely make staying here a once in a lifetime experience!
3. Sugar Shack, Seattle, Washington
Lastly, I really like this Airbnb, as it wasn’t an actual home, it was a boat! Since I love being near the water, this place would be perfect for me. Plus, the article “15 Unforgettable Airbnbs That Cost Less Than $100 a Night” states that “guests can view the Space Needle from the top of the vessel in good weather" (Mishkin, 2018, para, 12). I thought that sounded really cool!
